John Lorton built his first custom home in 1982, and he spent the next few decades cultivating an integrity-focused firm. Trusted by generations of home and business owners, J. Lorton & Company has become a Jersey Shore mainstay and one of the region’s fastest-growing builders. Now, we’ve expanded our roots to coastal South Carolina—where we recently opened our Horry County sister location.
